trouble receiving calls/texts

I can't receive calls or text while on wifi? It works fine when I don't have wifi but even I disconnect the wifi, it still doesn't work. I have the unlimited talk & text plan. What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this?

I've been using eSIM since September 6th, and although I can connect to the Internet, I can't make calls.When I make a call, it just tells me to enter the dial number correctly.Please check quickly.
