I finished my 18gb but the package says I can browse with a slower speed and it takes everything away

If you can elaborate further, as from your statement, it feels like the slower speed data is not working for you at all right?

Just to let yoo know the slower speed data is unlimited and you can use it until your plan renews on your next billing date. The speed for the same is 128 kbps and with that speed, you can only do basic tasks, such as sending WhatsApp messages or iMessages, you can also do audio calls on WhatsApp, use google maps for navigation or sending an email. 

To test out if the slower speed unlimited data is working for your or not, you can simply send a WhatsApp msg to someone and see if it is delivered or not. You can also go to "fast.com" on your browser to check the data speed if it is near 128kbps.

In short, the unlimited data can only do basic tasks and not the ones which require higher data speed such as watching a Youtube video or using Instagram.

This is a lie!!  I just spent an hour on the phone with 3 different people and in the end I was told 128 can only check email!  U can’t iMessage, use maps, or even search a simple website!  So, the solutions I got from all 3 was add data?  Every carrier in Canada gives an unlimited data plan, except Lucky?  Customers service was rude and gave zero solutions with exception of spending more money!  This was my last interaction with Lucky!  They are unprofessional, rude, and lack the knowledge needed to provide a proper service!  After over 2 years of loyal service and this is how Lucky retains customers?  I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and I will be certain to continue to let people know about this 2 cent company!!!

Its strange, for my phone the 128kbps does unlimited WhatsApp and I live in Vancouver so I can also use the transit app along with google maps, However, in google maps just change the map layout or map type to "Default" rather than Satellite image as the satellite image requires more data speed. But the "default" map layout work perfectly fine for me. Even iMessage works good for me. Usually I use these services only if I am out of the data, as browsing a website sometimes wont work as most of the websites have images which cannot be loaded quickly on slow data.

For you, it might be the plan as the $15 does not have unlimited data, so check for that, and if you are on a regular $25 or more plan, the data should be unlimited.
