trouble receiving calls/texts

I can't receive calls or text while on wifi? It works fine when I don't have wifi but even I disconnect the wifi, it still doesn't work. I have the unlimited talk & text plan. What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this?

Hey Bob2,

Is the issue fixed? If not you can try resetting network settings of your phone. I am not 100% sure if this will fix it or not but definitely give a try if you really need to get the texts on wifi as well.

You can google how to reset network settings depending on your phone.
