New user, not receiving sms

I'm not receiving the verification code to connect my sim to the account, and all the agents are busy.

You mean the general SMSs or the verification SMS which is used to sign up for the My Account?

Ok, Now, I can get you a workaround (But this will work only if the sim card is activated).

As i am able to understand, you just need to log in to my account, Right?

And if so, go on your phone and download the lucky mobile app first (You can do it on wifi), but after downloading, dont open it. Now, when its downloaded and installed, Switch off your wifi from your phone settings and get on the mobile data (LTE). After you are on the mobile data, open the app and it will log you in automatically without requiring any username or password or sign in details. (This method works if you have a physical sim and not on eSim). Also this will work on any plans including the $15 which doesn't have data. Just ton on LTE (Mobile data) and open the app. Get logged in automatically.
