I pay for unlimited calling, but every time I try to make a call it says "you do not have funds to make this call" I've tried reaching out to support and they just tell me to reset my phone and that a tower is likely down in my area. Has the tower been down for six months?
Are other people having this issue? I'm considering switching to the cheaper plan, since the only thing I'm supposed to be getting is more calling. I use all my data every month booking cabs and checking bus schedules because I can't call a cab or the go time

Hi there, @Brnnl. Welcome to the Lucky Mobile Community.
We're glad to hear you were able to touch base with Tech Support for further assistance and they were able to provide more info. Regrettably as the Community is a peer-to-peer support channel, we would be unable to offer any further insight as to the status of the tower or a timeframe as to when any repairs can be expected.
It's important to keep in mind that tower issues and any potential repairs are not always a simple one and done process. Just as some examples:
- It could require multiple visits.
- It may require specialized equipment or engineers which may not be available 24/7.
- Depending on the nature of the issue, via triage it may be deemed a lower priority to immediately fix than other potential issues at other towers.
These are not the only reasons as to why a tower repair may take time, but they are some of the most common ones.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
