Resolved! Topup bonus promotion not recieved

Hello. I topped up on the 8th using the promotion to receive a 25 dollar bonus when topping up with 50 dollars(before March 9th). I don't seem to see the bonus and was wondering when it would be applied.Thanks.

Resolved! Temporarily pause service

Is it possible to pause service for a few months when out of the country, then resume service when I return? I don't want to cancel and lose my phone number, just to start a new one again when I get back in the country.

Resolved! Using account credit for payment

I have a 50 credit on my account. How can I use this as payment instead of my monthly top up. The system doesn't recognize that I have a credit and keeps charging my credit card instead of using my credit.

Hi Guys,  Less than 24 hours ago, I topped up my phone number but it turns out I didn't need the top up after all. I haven't used any amount of the topup. Who can I speak to about getting a refund? Thanks!
