Resolved! Can't change to $15 plan

I initially got a 15 plan but upgrade to 25 for unlimited data. Now I do not need it anymore so I am trying to downgrade it back to the 15 but the option is not there on the app or website. How do I do it?

Resolved! Can't send/receive texts

Is there some type of coverage outtage as I'm not receiving my texts. And when I text someone, I'm they aren't receiving my texts.Very frustrating as I need my phone for work.

Resolved! Spam texts / calls

I keep getting spam texts even though my blocker is turned on. Someone keeps sending me messages saying my phone is full of viruses and that they'll gladly clean them out if I click on their link. Is there anyway I can stop from getting them?
