Resolved! Top-Up Card Issue - Code Already Used

So I bought a top-up code but when I go to enter it on the website and on the phone it says that the code has already been used despite it being, allegedly, a new code. Why is this happening?

Resolved! Can I get a refund?

Hi Guys,  Less than 24 hours ago, I topped up my phone number but it turns out I didn't need the top up after all. I haven't used any amount of the topup. Who can I speak to about getting a refund? Thanks!

Resolved! Can't send/receive texts

Is there some type of coverage outtage as I'm not receiving my texts. And when I text someone, I'm they aren't receiving my texts.Very frustrating as I need my phone for work.

Hi, my account got suspended so I top up my payment. It says in my bank account that the money was received but on the Lucky Mobile app it says that the payment has failed and I cannot receive call, call people or text. Can I atleast get a refund?!!

Why does it keep saying that my credit card is not valid? Everything I've entered is correct. Is Visa Credit card not accepted?

Missed call notification on phone or sms/text?

Does lucky give  an sms for a missed call (but one that doesn't go to Vmail)?? Alternatively do missed calls give my phone a notification? It seems from the call logs, the calls that go answered, do not register as calls, even though the phone itself...
