I'm going to Cuba soon.  Will my phone work there with Lucky?

I have a prepaid plan, the $27 Unlimited Can Min 20GB 4G plan. I would like to know if this includes international text messages sent and received within Brazil. If someone sends a message from Canada, will I be able to receive the message while I am in Brazil?

Does lucky mobile support roaming? Can my sim be used outside of Canada? How about wifi calling?
