hi there, i couldn’t use my Esim with my Iphone 11 since there is no EID . could you please send me a Sim replace the ESIM. thanks

In the instance that you would like to replace the current SIM card from an eSIM to a physical SIM, you will need to purchase a new SIM either in store or via the LuckyMobile.ca website.

You don’t need to provide an EID for an eSIM on an iPhone 11. I just added my eSIM to my iPhone 11 today.
just call this number 1-800-268-9242 and select the section for lost or stolen phones (even if it hasn’t been stolen, press this option to be transferred to the correct department immediately to assist in simcard changeds) then, ask the representative to please assist you in activating your eSIM / or transferring your eSIM onto your new phone )

So I was travelling and I turned my SIM into an ESIM and now I have no service. I’ve bought a new SIM and tried transferring my service to that one only to be confronted with a verification by text prompt that I can’t receive because of said problem. I’ve tried activating my ESIM but it’s already active so I’m still trouble shooting trying to get my service back. Any advice would be most welcomed.
