I just got a manual top up plan and I tried to activate my eSIM (using an iPhone 14) sino can receive vete y messages from my banking system while being in other countries

i was not able to activate my eSIM. I wonder if this is possible to do when being outside Canada

You’re out of luck there. International texting would be fine if your phone still in Canada. Doesn’t work the other way around.

About 2 hours ago, I paid my eSIM plan and I was about to activate my esim. But I cannot find ‘set up esim’ button, so I couldn’t use my esim plan(I already paid it.) I waited Mobile chat service for 1 hour, but I cannot get any response. So I accidentally deleted my phone number while looking for the manual. And I tried to restore phone number, but I can't get phone number authentication because I'm abroad.

I need to link my account to stop my payment. 

But I cannot see verification code that is sent to my phone, because the message doesn't work outside of Canada. 

I still have my SIM card but the netwrok doesn't work. 

Can I get verification code by email?

Or can I stop my top-up without linking my account?

I am in Trinidad and I received a text from Canada. On my Lucky Mobile cell... I didn't think that was possible...

Any idea why?

I have a prepaid plan, the $27 Unlimited Can Min 20GB 4G plan. I would like to know if this includes international text messages sent and received within Brazil. If someone sends a message from Canada, will I be able to receive the message while I am in Brazil?

Hi all,

I will be traveling to Canada in a few days and purchased an eSIM plan in advance. I have added the eSIM to my iPhone and it appears as "Activating...", but probably cannot do so as I am not in Canada yet.

May I know if it will automatically activate as soon as I land in Vancouver? Or are there any additional steps in the process? 

Also, my profile says "You no longer have mobile services linked to your profile.", should this be a concern?
