Looking to switch to Lucky Mobile and keep your current Canadian phone number?
Wireless number portability lets you keep the same phone number when changing wireless service providers. You can keep your phone number when switching from:
- One wireless service provider to another;
- A home phone service to a wireless service;
There are no additional fees to transfer your number to Lucky Mobile, but you are responsible for any contractual obligation with your previous service provider.
You can switch your number over to Lucky Mobile at the time of activation. You can activate your SIM card online
, by visiting a Lucky Mobile store. Have your phone and the most recent copy of your current phone bill handy when activating your Lucky Mobile service.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT cancel your current service and ensure that your account is in good standing, as only active phone numbers are eligible to be transferred.
