In order to activate your services, you’ll need:
- A Lucky Mobile SIM Card
. Want to purchase a SIM Card? Find a Store , buy a SIM card online or learn more about eSIM. - A phone that is compatible with our network. Most phones are! Learn more or visit a store if you aren’t sure.
- Account information from your current Canadian mobile provider if you are switching to Lucky Mobile and want to keep your Canadian phone number. Learn more about transferring your number to Lucky Mobile.
- A Top-Up Card or credit card to make your initial payment.
You can make your initial payment with Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express (Canadian or U.S.) or a Lucky Mobile Top-Up Card; available at our retailers
, and in many convenience stores, grocery stores and gas stations.MasterCard Debit, Interac Debit and prepaid payment cards are not accepted.
- Credit card or bank account information if you wish to sign up for Automatic or Express Top-Up. Learn more about ways to Top-Up.
When you have everything you need to get going, you’re ready to start your activation.
