" Activation Incomplete" (Error 103)

Hello,
I received a new S10.. I have 1 issue I am hoping you can help with. When I start the phone from a cold start I get a message stating it is trying to seek activation on a mobile network. Then I get a " failure to register "message, Then I get a Activation "Incomplete Message" (Internal Error 103) .   I do have cell service and Data with Lucky as well as internet connectivity. Do you know how to get rid of this annoying message?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

Just to make sure we understand correctly, once the message pops up, do you have access to your lucky services or it doesn't work since you started using the current phone?

Yes I do have my Lucky Mobile service. I have found out that the phone was original made for Tmobile(Sprint service) This is residual OEM bloatware that I have yet not been able to get rid of. It affects other aspects of the phone including taking over my Google Homepage.

Thanks for the clarification, however bloatware removal is not something that Lucky Mobile can help with. 

Maybe other Community users may be able to help with your request.
