Never connects to any server and times out. In 10 minutes they’re gone and not once have I been on line. I’ve been calling about this for 3 days and been told to turn my cell data off. What’s the point of having it. I want a refund and I’m going back to anyone not owned by the big 3. Oh crap they own everything.

For the Community to be better able to assist, we'll need you to clarify a few things for us:
- When you say "Lucky Mobile app", are you meaning that your data is only working in that app?
- Where are you roughly located? For privacy, please do not post your full address.
- Have you checked to make sure your APN settings are correct? We have a Support page here on how to set them - How do I change my APN settings?
- What kind of phone are you using?
- Are you having issues with your 3G while indoors, outdoors, or both?
- What troubleshooting steps have you personally completed so far?
