3G passes that only work on the lucky mobile app

Never connects to any server and times out. In 10 minutes they’re gone and not once have I been on line. I’ve been calling about this for 3 days and been told to turn my cell data off. What’s the point of having it.  I want a refund and I’m going back to anyone not owned by the big 3. Oh crap they own everything.

  • When you say "Lucky Mobile app", are you meaning that your data is only working in that app?
  • Where are you roughly located? For privacy, please do not post your full address.

  • What kind of phone are you using?
  • Are you having issues with your 3G while indoors, outdoors, or both?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you personally completed so far?
