Anyone having an error pop up stating technical difficulties when processing payment? It's been all day.

Cant top up account???

None of your articles helped at all and Ive been trying to get my account paid but it wont let me.. I go to change the phone plan, and even that doesnt work. I dont understand?? I have the funds to pay it. Please fix this. Its very frustrating..

For the Community to be better able to assist, further info will be needed.

  • Are you receiving an error when topping up? If so, what does it say?
  • What method are you using to top up?
  • Are you topping up via the app, or in a web browser?

Please take the time to review the Support article posted by @LuckyMobileAntgio earlier in this thread to ensure that you hadn't possibly missed any steps, as well as for troubleshooting advice.

Hello, thanks for the reply. To answer your questions;

1. On mobile, I get a "technical difficulties" error, claiming its a backend issue. On desktop it tells me "

Your account is still suspended as you didn't add sufficient funds to cover your Monthly Charges". Which is funny because I do have the funds in my account, and I am entering the correct information.
2. I am using my debit card, it's the same card I have been using to top-up for months now. No idea why its suddenly not working
3. I tried topping up by calling, I tried on my desktop, and I tried the mobile app. Nothing is letting me top-up.
 
I would like to try and delete the cards from my account to re-add the one that I use to see if that works, but your app and website don't allow that, and if they do they sure don't make it easy.. I even tried changing the Plan instead of topping up and it tells me "The changes to your plan cannot be completed online."

everytime i try to pay my phone bill it just says there is a technical issue problem and to come back in a few minutes to see if my payment went through, and yet it wont take the money out if my account? its only $63 and I have more money in that in my bank?

Try again, i had similar issue. You may also want to make sure you punched the right digits.

Hey, I've only had lucky for a month so trying to do top up payment for the first time today. I either get a 'can't process due to technical issue' type of error or your account is still suspended due to insufficient funds regardless of what payment amount I enter. Has anyone had this happen? Any ideas?
