No grace period?

I routinely trip up on the monthly billing day and my account get suspended. This time around, one part of "Lucky Mobile" took my "top-up" money and sent me a confirmation message, and the funds have been withdrawn from my bank account. But a different part of Lucky Mobile - the web page - says I am still suspended due to insufficient funds.

I think it would help if there was at least a 48 hour grace period for a user in reasonably good standing, eg. two accounts for over a year.

Also one part of the web page says "you can schedule a call back", but then it says "sorry scheduling a call back is not possible". A bit strange - it's 10:30 p.m. now and I was hoping to talk about this at 9:00 a.m. when the office re-opens.
