Still not received the special offer...

Follow up to another question that has disappeared from my account.

I purchased a plan set to recur on the 30th of the month. I started this plan whilst the last 'bonus' of 10GB additionally per month was still running (for Black Friday). My previous question was when would this show up on my account? I had someone answer that it would be up to 30 days or up to 3 weeks if it was an online order. It was set up on an e-sim, but it's now been 25 days (3.5 weeks) and there's still no sign of the additional data anywhere- so who do I need to speak to? The last question answered by @LuckyMobileKris - and told to let them know if I had questions but I can't access the last question to respond.

Also, when this is sorted, if it's added at the end of the month (given my plan now renews in 5 days), will I have 30 days to use it? Or will it only be valid until the end of this month then I have to wait another 30 days to get the next 10GB? I'm pretty surprised/disappointed it's taken this long? Any advice is much appreciated.

Hey there @alphasit

The stated timeframes are initiated only after a successful monthly payment and not from the activation date of the service itself. 

Let the Community know if you have more questions or if your situation is resolved.
