Is anyone else having issues with the Lucky Mobile app?

Is anyone able to open the Lucky Mobile My Account app on Android? The app is updated to the latest version but everytime I try to login I get a response saying "Technical difficulties". When will the app be back up and running?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for you post. 

To use the Lucky Mobile My Account app, you will need:

  1. A smartphone capable of downloading the app.
  • Android smartphones with Android 6.0 or higher
  • iPhone with iOS 9.0 or higher
  1. A valid Lucky Mobile account.

You can try to clear your apps cache and if it doesn't work you can try to delete and re-download the app.

I'm having issues getting the app to load up and once it does it lags. I have checked for updates and also my phone is up to date. This happens on both mobile data and wifi. It's so frustrating
