How do we change our voice mail PIN?

Hey there @AnthonyHache,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

The process will differ depending if you simply wish to change your voicemail PIN to a different one or if you have forgot what your voicemail PIN is. 

Changing your voicemail password (From an existing password to another)

1. Access your mailbox by pressing and holding the 1 key on your mobile phone.
2. Press 4 for Personal options.
3. Press 2 for Administrative options.
4. Press 1 to Establish or change your password.
5. Press 1 to Change your password.
6. Enter a new password. It should be four to 10 digits long, and cannot begin with zero.

With the Lucky Mobile My Account app (if you do not remember your PIN)

1. Open the Lucky Mobile My Account app.
2. Select the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the app.
3. Select Get password
4. Note your temporary password and access your voicemail by selecting Access my Voicemail.
5. Follow the instructions to set a new password

On your computer (if you do not remember your PIN)

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Click My services at the top of the page. If necessary, select your mobile phone.
3. Scroll down to My Add-Ons & promotional data and click on Manage Add-On settings.
4. Scroll down to Voicemail password and click the Reset
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
