Hi I am new Lucky mobile customer and bought SIM online on 24 Oct based on Diwali Promos but when I activated SIM I don't see 6 month international calling as well as 10 GB data promo for 12 months. I even call customer service and they don't have any info about how promo will be applied.
Any help in this matter is much appreciated

You can find more details on the offer below;
On October 20, until end of day October 26, if you activated a new Lucky Mobile account with any plan, you will receive an activation credit for one month of service, plus 200 long distance minutes to India per month for up to 6 months!
Note: The credit will be applied for the 3rd month of service. Activation credit will be for the cost of the plan only (Add-Ons are not included).
The offer is not available if the SIM card was purchased at one of the following locations; easyhome, Dollarama, Couche-Tard, Best Buy, Giant Tiger, The Source, Canada Post, Circle K, Walmart.
You can check that the credit, long distance minutes and data has been applied through your My Account App or online via My Account: luckymobile.ca/myaccount.

Thank you for detailed response. Should I expect to have this promo applied within 30 days of activation? As I am checking every day on app and it's still not showing up any 10 GB data and long distance minutes . Thank you
