Can't add the Dollarama gift card in the Dollarama app

Hey! I recently got my $20 Dollarama gift card from topping up/paying for the Lucky mobile etc, but I can't seem to add gift card in the Dollarama app? I open the link from the text message and it directs me to the Dollarama app to download the app, which I already have.. I can't seem to find any option to add my gift card to my balance to the app..

Dollarama Gift Card.

I have called a few times but never resolved the gift card issues. I was told i got a text with the info but no text. I spoke to customer service again and they gave me the link over the phone but again no luck she had to email the link but it went no where (see below).

I was told to try another internet browser to open the link didn't work so they said try the app for the store cant download it as i have android. I still would like the gift card because actually that was the reason i got the sim card as i often go to this store.

Hi received the message today to redeem the Dollarama gift card through the bar code, but when I click on the link (as it also says on the instructions on the Dollarama FAQ page), the link just doesn't load. Anyone had the same issue?

Hi I received a dollarama gift card link from lucky mobile but it doesn't work when I try to click on the link it sends me to a page where it won't open up.

That does sound strange. For the Community to assist, could you share what troubleshooting steps you've taken so far?

A few suggestions would include:

• Clearing the cookies & cache in your mobile browser
• Trying the link while on mobile data instead of wi-fi (or vice versa)
• Trying a different mobile browser app

I have the same issue.  I got the text and unique link, but the link just times out on the browser.  Even domain (https://luckymobilecan.ca/)  without the code times out, so I dont think its a issue with my personal link, rather the entire domain.

I called lucky mobile but all they can do is re-issue the text message.

Tried all of those options. They didn't worked. Still unable to redeem my bar code.

Got a text msg today from Lucky.  They sent a Dollarama $20 gift card, "click here to redeem....."  Dead link!  Page doesn't load. Can't redeem. Spent 40+ minutes in the chat. Agent said will add promo to my account but takes up to 2 billing cycles to show!  Not a happy camper here.  We'll see. Not too confident.  Suggestion to Lucky: If you're going to send promos to customers (esp. gift cards) verify the links actually work before sending...
