Hi there @LT010042.

Welcome to the Community.

Are you still having issues with your Lucky Mobile service? If so, the Community will need more details to be able to assist:

  • Have you restarted your phone?
  • Have you removed and re-inserted the SIM card?
  • Have you recently topped up your balance?

We would also recommend taking a look at our Support page on I’m having issues with my service (calls, text, data)Opens in a new tab or window

Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi,

I bought the card in Edmonton one month ago, and it was working fine. Today, I am going on a business trip to the Vancouver area. After leaving Alberta, I found that my phone could no longer make or receive calls while at a rest stop. However, I can still use mobile data to browse the internet and send/receive text messages.

BTW: I am sure my plan states that I can make and receive calls throughout Canada.
