Hi Guys,
Less than 24 hours ago, I topped up my phone number but it turns out I didn't need the top up after all. I haven't used any amount of the topup. Who can I speak to about getting a refund?
Thanks!

Hi, Everybody!
I'm thinking about upgrading my plan to one with a larger data allotment and found a good deal at another service provider. However, there's still $50 sitting in my account (I don't understand why it's so much).
How can I get these funds returned?
Thank you,
Stas.

You can't get it back. No refunds. Just stop your automatic top-ups and use it up before you cancel your account. Your $50 could have come from automatic top-ups or perhaps from monthly rewards. Eg. You get $5/mo if you referred someone.

I moved back to Europe after leaving Canada a few days ago. I have 3 days left on my lucky account (and it will be a total of 6 days unused plan). I also have $13 left on my top up amount that I won't use.
What can I do so that it is fair and cost effective to stop my plan, let lucky know, and get a refund of as much of the unused part as I can? There's no point spending it on international roaming over the next 3 days, if this was ever an option. I wish to get the amount returned to me and discard of my lucky SIM.
Thank you.
