How many days are there after no payment such as a delay before the suspension starts so someone can correct it or pay by topup using the online access without the App.
To get 2 gig a bites extra a month I topped up for those months and have to wait 3 days for credit. Has anybody used this and can i do this every 3 months?
Just use it as a last month payment like renting an apartment or you maybe you can temporary suspend your auto topup without deleting your account info.
Just a suggestion but this reply of "offers data at 3G speeds" gives me the impression that there is no 5G available. You gave a link for more info but should you not say 5G is allowed for different amounts of data
Another way to get nonrefundable money back is to put 1or more months in topup cards and then cancel the auto topup and then reinstate it. Can you temporarily suspend auto topup without filling out info again? Please pass this on to your team members...

To use the extra 25 wait until last month of service and cancel top up before the last month and the extra 25 will cover that last payment. Just like renting .. first and last month is payed.
