Good evening, can you help me to resolve that I do not have internet, I have calls and messages, only my data does not come out. How can I solve that since I can't add an apn the operator won't let add

POOR DATA RECEPTION ...even when I am at home... where I have internet...

I have had service with Lucky Mobile for a few months now since Septemer 2022. My plan I have been paying for is $55/month for 20 GB of data... I have never.... received access... to the 20 GB of data... even after going back to the store to trouble shoot...

I topped up my account and yet I still can't use my Data..

As always  I have recharged my lucky mobile accout using 25$ top up plan on 22 february 2023. But I didnt get the data yet. Please do the needful.

I brought an Xperia XQ-BT44 phone back from Japan where I lived and bought a Lucky SIM in Canada. Although message and internet is fine, calls won't work.

I had checked the compatibility and it says OK, but when I change the APN settings as directed, the setting 'dun' disappears.

Anyway, unless I am making some mistake, Lucky should know the phone has issues with its SIMs.

Could you make sure you're putting in the APN settings as shown in @LuckyMobileAntgio's solution? We'd also recommend trying to set it up as a brand new APN as opposed to editing an existing one.

Please keep in mind as well that your phone is a 3rd party phone; as such in the event of a hardware issue, we would be unable to assist.

Hi I recharge my phone today morning I paid $50 I can call but my internet is still not working.

 

Data not working. I used the APN settings that you provide, but it's still not working. I have a Samsung A9

Could you please confirm that your APN settings are set as they appear in @LuckyMobileAntgio's reply at the beginning of thread? Make sure that you're setting it as a brand new APN as well, as opposed to trying to modify an existing APN.

I am also have no data, and I have followed the APN settings for my Samsung Galaxy 7, and still have no data????

We wanted to check in to confirm if you were still having issues using your data. If so, could you confirm that you've followed the APN instructions as provided earlier in this thread?

If the issues are persisting, could you please provide further details for the Community to be better able to assist?

  • Have you checked your Lucky Mobile My Account profile to review your usage?
  • Do you know of anyone else in the are having similar issues?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you personally completed?

Hi there,

I've recently activated my SIM Card (in Québec) and now I'm travelling through British Columbia. My plan includes Canada wide calling, texting and data so I thought I would be fine. But now I can't get any mobile connection.

I already restarted my phone and checked my settings as told in the tech support.

Does anyone have an idea what els I could do?

I really need the data to research important stuff when I'm out of the house.

Hi, I can't get my data to work on my phone I did all that they told me to do to set up my data. It still doesn't work 

my data is not working , what should i do ?

I activated the $15 plan two days ago. I set up the auto top up while doing the activation. I got the welcome email with the PDF file showing I setup the auto top up as well. However, I soon find out there is no data at all. After talking to the customer service agent and another tech agent, it is confirmed the setting is correct and the problem is the auto top up was not get set up. The agent told me to do it again and it should work in 15 minutes. A day pasted, it is still no data. After another two times with two different agents, I was told it can only happen in next month. The issue is also I have been given different reason, different causes and one time an agent sent me a link to told me to look at the fine print, which turn out it actually for a different promotion. This is the first time I tried with Lucky Mobile and it looks like the last time. 

My Internet don't work can you fix it please
