I have been discounted 2 consecutive months of service but have not received the Dollarama Gift Card via text - please assist.

it does not show SOS and it shows its connected, I followed all the steps in troubleshooting and it still wont let me make calls - please escalate the request to the tech team. I also cannot access the voicemail - please help
