Cant make calls / SOS / Emergency calls only

Can't make calls not even to voicemail

Followed all the steps in troubleshooting

Hey there @Mostazamiel ,

Welcome to the community and thanks for reaching out.

When you're unable to make calls it can be the results of many different things, such as an incompatible phone, network issues in your area, insufficient funds in the account, phone malfunction to name a few.

If you're seeing SOS on your screen, only calls to the emergency services are permitted. SOS is also a good sign that your phone as lost connection to the network and a quick restart (fully power off your phone and back on shortly after) should allow your phone to regain access.

it does not show SOS and it shows its connected, I followed all the steps in troubleshooting and it still wont let me make calls - please escalate the request to the tech team.

I also cannot access the voicemail - please help
