Hi @whiruss
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
In regards to the plan you are on and what is included, please check out the helpful reply indicated in this thread for further information.
As for the data consumption, data usage is used in priority of Add-on > Bonus > Plan (your plan data will only be used when the Add-on data and then Bonus data is fully used up).
Your Data should not be slow based on the data pool you are using (in this case the 5GB add-on). We would recommend checking out our support article I’m having issues with my service (calls, text, data)
and selecting "My data speeds are slower than normal" for some troubleshooting steps.
Hope this helps and let the community know if you have more questions.

Heyo. ☺️
I have some questions about my data.
- When I got my plan for $30 a month, it said I'd get 20gb of data included. Sometime after getting my plan, when I went to check my usage, I noticed my plan says I have 10gb, with a 5gb Can-wide data add-on. Why did it go from 20gb to 10gb?
- My data has been taking from the 5gb Can-wide add-on. Should it not be taking from the 10gb included with the plan first? [I haven't used it all to see if it switches to the 10gb after I go through the 5gb.]
- My data has been quite slow. Is it likely that it's because it's using the 5gb add-on rather than the 10gb?
