Phone unknown on my account

Hello lucky community Any ideas as to why it says unknown beside phone type ? when it should say iPhone 13!!! Please help! It’s been like that for months

My phone simply says unknown as it's description. How do I change this to the phones actual name?

OK I thought this was just a matter of my being unable to fine the proper location in the settings to make this change. I don't want to give out personal information about myself and and my phone on a community forum. I'll contact Lucky mobile directly then. Thanks.

This is how my account is too, is this actually important to have filled out correctly though?

Welcome to the community and great question. 

It's not entirely important as your SIM card will read your phone and if compatible and unlocked it will provision it accordingly. 

In the instance that you're faced with service issues, let the community know and we will help as best as we can.

I'm having the same issues on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. If I transfer my sim to my iPhone 12 Pro Max it recognizes it but on my iPhone 14 it doesn't. I thought it would be cause my iPhone 12 was from virgin mobile. What can I do?
