Usage not visible in My Account

When I log into my lucky account I no longer show data amount or text message amount under usage.

To track your usage, we'd recommend checking out our page on How to check your balance and monitor your usage
and following the steps for both online from a web browser, as well as from the Lucky Mobile My Account app.
If these steps do not work, could you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing when attempting to pull up your usage? Please do make sure that when sharing screenshots of your My Account profile that all sensitive account details are censored - full name, phone number, etc.
