my mobile service was completely removed but the suspension date should be on July 17th. Why?
Will I be able to get the same mobile number back? Just curious.

Hey there @ayuck ,
Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.
If your Lucky Mobile service is completely cancelled instead of just suspended, it is likely due to reaching the 120-day consecutive non-payment limit.
The 120-Day Inactivity Rule: Lucky Mobile automatically terminates accounts after 120 consecutive days of a $0 balance.
Once an account is fully deactivated, it cannot be reactivated and a new account, SIM and phone number is required to restart the service.
