Pay per use?

Hello -

a few years back I started with lucky mobile as it was cheap compared to the other options available. to give some context, i have family in Canada and i come to visit once or twice a year so i only need it for 2 weeks that i am there.  i have a monthly plan but have been getting away with paying every few months so my account is not closed. i was about to add more money and in the "Terms & Conditions" i see that there is a 'pay-per-use'. where can I see this option?

(and before you suggest it, yes i have seen the 'Tourist eSim for Canada' but I do not have an electronic sim)

Hey there @LucieP ,

Welcome to the community and great question.

The "pay-per-use" rates mentioned in the Terms & Conditions solely apply to Service Passes and out-of-plan usage. Because Lucky Mobile functions strictly as a prepaid, monthly-plan carrier, you cannot switch your account to an "anytime" pay-as-you-go structure where your funds sit indefinitely and deduct small amounts per text or call.

We invite you to check out your available monthly prepaid plans directly in My Account to see if a different solution may better suit your needs.
