Hi Guys,
Less than 24 hours ago, I topped up my phone number but it turns out I didn't need the top up after all. I haven't used any amount of the topup. Who can I speak to about getting a refund?

You can't get it back. No refunds. Just stop your automatic top-ups and use it up before you cancel your account. Your $50 could have come from automatic top-ups or perhaps from monthly rewards. Eg. You get $5/mo if you referred someone.

I am closing my account. In the last 3 months I was told 3 times that I would get a return my prepaid balance to my credit card. Now that I am trying to finalize this I am told that this not possible. Even though if you go to "Manage Your funds" it mentions getting credit/refunds. What gives? It really feels like your company is trying to scam people into putting in extra funds and not giving refunds. Will never use Lucky again. I will be going to the parent company to complain.
