name associated with the cell phone #

I just recieved a phone call from a 1-844 #, someone calling on behalf of Bell MTS.  Asking to speak to my husband.  I have lucky in my name, yet for some reason they have hubby registered with my cell phone #.  I do not understand how.  Would anyone know?

It sounds like your husband has your telephone number as an alternate contact number on his account.

I asked him about it, no he hasn't done so, I even contacted BellMTS directly, there's the home line and his workline, he has not given it out as a secondary phone # in any way.  He associates the number as mine, mine alone.

they are calling me

got my new phone number with Lucky last week.

a few days later I am getting phone calls from 844-261-****.

is it a virgin mobile or bell number?

google searches are not conclusive.

calling the number after business hours will give you an automated message stating it's from bell, dometimes from virgin mobile
