Why is my Top up card not being accepted? It keeps saying System issues and the payment can not be posted
I need phone service help!

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues using your top up card. If so, could you please provide some additional details?
- Are you trying to use the card through the Lucky Mobile My Account app, or by logging in via a web browser?
- If the former, have you made sure your app is up to date?
- If the latter, have you tried clearing your cookies & cache then trying again?
- Have you tried redeeming the top up card directly through an agent or by dialing *111 on your Lucky Mobile device?
At times, there may be maintenance or updates being made in our system that can impact your ability to make full use of services through your Lucky Mobile My Account profile. In these cases, it's best to give it some time and try again later in the day.
