Can I receive incoming calls on an empty balance?

If I haven't paid my phone bill is it still possible to receive incoming calls and messages on Lucky?

Hey there @Jon , 

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

Whenever you reach your anniversary/renewal date, if you do not have enough funds available in your account, you will fall under a suspended state loosing access to all services until the sufficient funds are added on the account.

Paying my bill a day late, once I top up again will I receive the texts that were sent to my device during the day my phone had no service?

I returned from a week out of the country, had airplane mode on, turned off data roaming and connection to network, to avoid any nasty surprise $ charges,   but upon returning, and turning everything back on, I had no unread text messages for the entire week !  How do I retrieve them ?

If I am a day late topping up my account will any calls that came in the day that my my number couldn’t be reached show up later when I top up my account?

My phone bill isn’t paid, and if someone texts me I won’t get it, so I’m wondering what happens to those messages. Do they just not send or get discarded? Or will I get them when I pay my phone bill?
