Please make your web site more useful by not burying such critical information deep somewhere where your customers cannot easily find. You would end up saving money on support costs if you just did the right thing in the first place. Geez.

EDIT - I think I have found it  - on the 1st page upon log in to the luckymobile.ca account online, under the overview tab, under support articles (way at the the bottom of the page), in one of the support article tiles,  it mentions an account # which I reckon it is it.

Not a very obvious way of getting to this number.
