Your account number can now be found directly on My Account.

When logging in via a desktop computer or laptop, once on your landing page, scroll down to Support articles and you will see your 9 digits account number under Support Account number : 5********.

Thanks for your post. 

If you're in the process of transferring your phone number to a different carrier, you need to make sure your Lucky Mobile SIM card is in the phone in order to receive the said message.
