- How are you trying to pay? Visa Debit, credit card, or with a voucher?
- If in the case of a Visa Debit or credit card, have you spoken to your financial institution to make sure they're not blocking payment?
- Are you trying in the Lucky Mobile My Account app, or by logging in with a web browser on a home computer?
- If on the app, have you made sure your app and phone's OS are up to date?

According to Lucky Mobile website, the customer can pay their plans with Visa Debit cards. When a costumer tries to pay with a Visa Debit card, it receives a decline stating that Visa Debits are an option ( but it is not possible to pay with it). According to customer service, Visa Debits are discontinued. Therefore we have a problem, Lucky Mobile NEED TO Update your website, policies and APP.
