Using prepaid Mastercard

I am a brand new lucky mobile costumer,  i tried to use my vanilla repaid master card online for a $35 data plan, i got error at the end of registration, called customer service many times they told me they cant accept master cards, and called them again they said the payment of $40.25 will be reversed to my card within 48 hours? Been over a week they still did not put money back into my prepaid card? I just checked the the status of my vanilla card. Very confused about the lies of lucky mobiles costumer service. They took the money and did not give me the service.  If i dont get the money back i am gonna contact authorities. Thats ridiculous.😡

I am hoping to switch my account to the year of the dragon 55$/M plan as it’s my daughter request. I do not have a debit or credit card, as I believe they lead to theft and fraud. However 25gb of the plans 68gb is only if you sign up for auto top up. I was hoping to get a prepaid Visa card in which I could just top up for 3-6 months worth of my monthly fee at a time. Hence giving me all 68gb of data for this plan. My simple question is, Can you use Prepaid Visa Cards for auto-top up? I will invest in a higher quality card if necessary. Any different ideas are welcome, thank you!

I get to step 6 of new activation online, Manual Top-Up, Enter Top Up Number, 16 digits, Click validate. 'you must enter a top up number before validating' and then it keeps 'verifying number', gets stuck.

Buy Visa Prepaid on top of 2x 20$ vouchers. Input Prepaid Card info, continue to step 7, I click 'Activate', then it reads 'Payment cannot be processed at this time". Tried 3 browsers, no extensions. I've tried it directly through Lucky Mobile App on phone

Please process my payment on new activation sim card online
