Texts & pictures not working!!

Hello mobile community, I have spent a lot of time over the last few weeks connecting with all types of people at luckymobile and I'm still experiencing the same problem I started with.

 

For some reason I'm not able to send text messages or send pictures. I have changed my APN I have reset my mobile network I have activated a new SIM card and still when I go to send a text message it says mobile network not available

 

For some reason my network operator is defaulting to rogers, I've never used Rogers as a service I've never had a Roger's phone and I don't understand why the network is connecting to Rogers.

 

When I try to send a text it says mobile service not available or mobile network not available when I check my network connections for Lucky mobile it says lucky mobile not in range so I am coming to the community trying to find a solution that will work for me because everything that I've read and tried has not worked so far.

As the Community is  a peer to peer assistance channel, a few clarifications will be needed;

  • Are there specific locations where the issue is happening?
  • Have you tried your SIM in a different phone to see if the same error occurs?
  • When did you notice the issue started?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  • Have you spoken to our technical support team to open a ticket?

Yes there is a ticket out. NO I did not try the sim in another phone as I have no other phone. I juast recently started not working in the past few weeks... When I am outside doing errands and such away from my home I can send text, but never tried to send a picture...when I am at home the deteork operators jump all over to various towers mainly Rogers..... I did all the trouble shooting 101.... I can send the odd text through as of yesterday but it mainly times out and it says mobile network not found....when I go to Lucky Mobile connect it says Lucky Mobile Network not in range.

When I was out today I was able to send a picture and text with no problem... so the issue is when I am at home in a rural setting..wish I had known that before I went with Lucky

I cannot send or receive text messages from new accounts ( new to me not new numbers.) I can only send to accounts I have had for a while.

I have the unlimited texting and calling plan with no data from lucky but I can’t send or receive pictures.
