Need to restart phone to send/recieve calls or texts

Every single time I want to make or recieve a call I need to restart my phone, after restarting my phone I only have a few minutes of time until it stops working again, I can sometimes still send and recieve sms/rcs without restarting but it usually takes around 2 minutes to send or just doesn't work at all.

Do keep in mind that many factors can limit your reception; topography, environmental conditions, line of sight to towers, types of buildings in your area, etc. 

  • What model of phone are you using? Is the associated operating system up to date?
  • Have you tried changing the network settings in your phone?
  • Are the issues only happening indoors at home, or outdoors as well?
  • Do you know of anyone else in the are having similar issues?
  • Beyond restarting your phone, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  • Have you got in touch with our technical support team to open a ticket?
