Hello,
I have recently switched my services away from Lucky Mobile, including my phone number. I want to remove the auto-billing since I will no longer be using the service, but it shows an error when I enter My Account. It says I no longer have mobile services linked to my account, but I don't want to be charged if I am no longer using the service. How can I remove my billing information if I can't access the page?
I was also wondering how I can get a summary of my data from my time as a customer.

Hey amona,
If you have switched your services, the account automatically gets cancelled. You wont be charged automatically on your next billing date.
