Hey there @andersonmars2035, Welcome to the Community.
In the instance that your Lucky Mobile account has been inactive with an insufficient balance for four or more months, the number and SIM card would be deactivated.
You can get yourself a new SIM / Account by visiting Bring Your Own Phone on LuckyMobile.ca.

I was with lucky few years ago and then went with bell. I want to return to lucky but I'm wondering if I buy a 2nd sim card will I be able to keep same number because my number was once associated with my previous lucky sim card.
