Disabling marketing

I would like to stop getting Lucky spam such as your plan does not include data or ANYTHING that involves "our friends at bell" Your friends maybe, mine not so much.

It sounds like you're opted into receiving marketing and offers via text message. You'll want to follow these instructions to change them:

  1. Log into your Lucky Mobile My AccountOpens in a new tab or window
  2. Go to My Profile
  3. Scroll to Marketing email and text message preferences and click Change

At this point you'll be provided for a number of options for both your email address and phone number - mobile offers, residential offers, etc. You can select and deselect whichever you would like to receive or not.

I got a plan with no data. That's because I don't want any. I asked lucky to stop sending me "your plan does not include data" messages, it worked for a week, then, delete, pop back up etc. It's annoying and serves to ensure that I will NEVER be adding data to my plan. Hopefully someone notices ...
