With my plan of 25.00 I get 3 gigs of data and only 250 mb at high speed. Is this right?

Hey there @Lors, 

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

All preset data in your plan, bonus data and/or data add-ons are all at the same speed (3G speed). Once you consume all of your in-plan data and have a rate plan equipped with Unlimited additional data at reduced speed, your speed will be reduced to up to 128 Kbps for email, light browsing and messaging.
