Hi, I activated a sim along with a $25plan today (25 Apr 2022) - everything was done online.
Will I get the 2GB per month bonus data for 12 months? If yes, do I need to do anything to avail it?
The sale description is as per the picture below. I purchased the plan because of the offer only.

Welcome to the Community. 

As long as you followed all of the Flash Sales requirement, the bonus 2GB  will be applied automatically within 30 days after the successful payment is made on the account.

You can check if your Bonus 2GB was applied through your My Account App or online via My Account: http://www.luckymobile.ca/myaccount.

So, I was able to get the bonus data - but not for a year, instead for six months.
The sale anyway says "up to 12 months', so can't complain.

Also, it was when I live chatted with a Lucky representative that they applied the bonus.
The rep was very helpful and knowledgeable!

I will be leaving lucky mobile. I wanted to get this deal so I left my previous carrier, I got my sim card activated it and never got my 2gb, and it has been more than 30 days. I talked to 2 customer service via live chat and they don't know any previous Flash deals! They don't know what's happening at all and made empty promises that I will get it. I do not recommend anyone go get this carrier!!!

Have you checked and confirmed you've met all eligibilities?

A quick breakdown to qualify for the 2GB Bonus Data for the Flash Sale dated April 22nd to April 25th, if you activated your Lucky Mobile account on a $25 plan or higher between April 22nd to 25th, 2022 you will benefit from 2GB of Bonus Data every month for 12 months. The 2GB of bonus data will be applied automatically within 30 days after the successful full payment of the monthly fees (rate plan and add-ons) is made to the account. 

Be advised that if the SIM card had been purchased prior to April 22nd, but activated between April 22nd to 25th, and/or if the SIM card was purchased at one of these locations: Direct, easyhome, Dollarama and Giant Tiger, you would not be eligible.
