Is the "My Account" part of website down for anyone else?

Trying to top-up (one hour "Late") - but it says the My Account feature is experiencing an error. Does anyone else see this right now?

 

Seems odd that the message would be a "technical error" just because I'm one hour late for the top-up. Have others topped-up online on the day they are due? Maybe I'm not even late, actually.

This is definitely odd, this could be a simple glitch and a quick fix for many issues would be to clear your cookies and cache and to try again after. 

We also have a great support page on our website titled Ways to Top-Up that will help you find other ways to top up if you ever face issues with your online profile.
