I am unable to log into my account and no body at Lucky mobile can help fix this problem?

I am able to receive phone calls and text messages from Lucky mobile.ca but am unable to receive emails and unable to log into my account? When trying to log in I receive a message stating (The page isn't redirecting properly. An error occurred during a connection to www.luckymobile.ca.  Error Code AEC10016. Seems like nobody at Lucky mobile or at Bell mobility over the pasts two years were able to help fix this. Is someone out there able to suggest a solution for me. Thanks.

Hey Robbie,

You can download the app, and open the app on mobile data (LTE) and it will log you in automatically to my account.

The other way if the above doesnt work is to click "I am already with lucky" and then log in using the account pass and username, or if you dont have one, you can click "Sign Up" and create a my account for Lucky.

If you dont have access to a phone to get the app, go to a computer and open any browser and visit Homepage | No credit check. No long-term commitment | Lucky Mobile

and register or log in to your account from there.

I tried to thank MK4753 for the suggestions on fixing my problem, but was unable to do so. Unfortunately those suggestions were unachievable due to the fact that I was asked to log into my account. But that's the problem that I'm trying to solve -  I am "unable to log into my account". I need to be able to log into my Lucky Mobile account to manage my account. Thank you for trying to help. Robbie.   Does anyone know what Lucky error code AEC10016 means?

For people here in the future, what you want to do is change your Access Point Name (APN) in your device settings to the APN of Lucky Mobile.
