I had been trying to recharge my balance for almost a week and the system always reported "technical problems". I decided to chatting with support assistant, he was very kind, i said I must to try through website (not in the phone app), the system catched my card data, but never allow me recharge my balance.
As I said to the support agent, if this continue this weekend I prefer to switch another company, I can't stay a lot of days without service, because i need the phone for work.

Could you elaborate further as to the issue? Are you receiving an error of any kind when trying to top up through the website?
Do keep in mind as well that certain credit card companies can place a hold on transactions in cases they suspect fraud. We do recommend touching base with your provider to confirm if this is the case.

Why can't I download a top up card keeps saying technical difficulties.

Hey mycoco,
I dont think you can "download" a top up card. You can buy it from a physical location, but if you want to top up you can do directly on the Lucky Mobile app or website by selecting top up by credit/debit card option.

I've been trying to top up with my cc for 4 days now and it just won't go thru. I go through all of the steps and then it just says that my account is suspended because I didn't add sufficient funds. The credit card I'm using is the only credit card I've used to pay for this phone and it has never had a problem before until now. I have spent the last 20 minutes and I think I've tried about six times to make the payment it's not even telling me technical issues it's just letting you go through the steps and then not doing it and it's not the credit card because I've never had this issue before.

I'm trying to add a 25.00 card to my 25.00 plan and it's not letting me, it keeps saying I need to add at least 25.00

Pretty much as the title says, cannot top up my account. Keeps giving me a "technical difficulties" error message after trying to. I've already went to my bank to see if its a problem with my card, they said it wasn't since I can purchase everything else perfectly fine. Getting any assistance on this would be appreciative, else I will have to change my service to some other company.
